FAQ:

WinMPG Video Convert is a complete solution for video file conversion. It supports convert avi to mpeg1, avi to mpeg2, avi to dvd, avi to vcd, avi to svcd. And also rmvb to mpeg1, mpeg2, vcd, dvd, svcd, avi. All media formats to avi, divx, rmvb, 3gp, mp4, wmv. And all media formats to vcd, dvd, svcd, mpeg1, mpeg2.
WinMPG Video Convert supports almost all media file format, include avi, mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg-4, vcd, svcd, dvd, divx, asf, wmv, rmvb, rm, 3gp, mp4, QuickTime mov, and flash swf. Preview is supportted.

Q: Can not convert, whats wrong ?

A: If you can not convert a AVI to Mpeg, it probably that the AVI is not really in AVI format. It may be a Mpeg or any other format, just with ".AVI" file extension. You should try to convert it to AVI with "ALL to AVI" or "ALL to Divx" first, and then convert to Mpeg as your need.
If you can play it, then WinMPG Video Convert can convert it!

Q: No sound ?

A: In most time, WinMPG Video Convert will convert video first, and then convert audio, and finally mix video and audio to a valid media file. So if you cancel the conversion, the output file maybe no sound.
Unregistered trial version will cancel the conversion in 5 minutes, so you will get no sound on large file conversion. Registered version do not have this problem.

Q: How to input my registration code ?

A: Please right click in WinMPG Video Convert, select "Register...", and input your registration information.

Q: How to convert QuickTime MOV to AVI ?

A: Please press "All to AVI" button to convert QuickTime MOV MP4 to AVI. After conversion, you can play you movie with Windows Media Player. You need install QuickTime 6.0 or later to support this.

Q: How to convert Flash SWF to AVI ?

A: Please press "All to AVI" button to convert Flash SWF to AVI. After conversion, you can play you movie with Windows Media Player. You need install QuickTime 6.0 or later to support this.

Q: How to bug report ?

A: If you can not do a convert, or convert error, please email us.
Right click in the main interface, select "File Info", select your source media file. Now a "File Information" windows displays detail information of the file. Please email us the information.
