This month, we look ahead to the 80th anniversaries of the battles that helped pave the path to victory in the Second World War. We preview the Legacies of D-Day exhibition which will be held at the British Normandy Memorial and the National Memorial Arboretum (NMA) on 6th June.
We also feature the conflict in Kosovo, 25 years on.
After considerable counting, we’re happy to share the final total from the 2023 Poppy Appeal, which was £49.2M.

In this edition, we look ahead to the annual conference in May, and we’re asking members to help us commemorate the 80th anniversaries of D-Day and the other significant battles which led to the end of the Second World War.
Members of 3 Para Patrol Company re-visit the Falkland Islands to pay tribute to fallen friends, and in Badge of Honour, we speak to Senior Nursing Officer Sue Warner on treating casualties of war and helping the NHS during Covid.
