Flash.co Flat Rs. 100 Cashback Offer - Terms and Conditions
OVERVIEW:
This promotional Flash.co Flat Rs. 100 cashback offer (“Offer”/ “Cashback Offer”) is sponsored, organized and administered by Flashmonk Private Limited (“Flash.co”) in collaboration with Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), AJIO Website and AJIO Mobile App is collectively referred to as “AJIO Platform”, and is made available to Flash.co Individual (defined below) customer purchasing products displayed on the AJIO Platform by using Flash.co email id. Flash.co and Reliance shall be collectively referred to as the Parties for the purpose of these Offer Terms and Conditions.
OFFER TERM/ PERIOD:
Unless earlier terminated by the Parties, this Offer shall commence from 7th April 2024 at 00:00:00 Hours (“Offer Start Date”) and continue until 30th June 2024 [23:59:00 Hours] (“Offer End Date”) or such other date and/or time as may be determined by the Parties. The period starting from Offer Start Date until Offer End Date shall be referred to as Offer Term/ Period.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Offer start Date (“Individual”).
2. Individual shopping on AJIO Platform during the Offer Term/ Period must use Flash.co email id for purpose of shopping on AJIO Platform (“User”/ “Customer”).
OFFER DETAILS:
1. Each User shopping on AJIO Platform during the Offer Term/ Period must shop with their Flash.co email id (can be edited by user under account section) on AJIO Platform and will become eligible to get Flat Rs. 100 cashback on a minimum order value of Rs. 999 (flat Rs. 100 flash coins which can be redeemed as 1:1 through an UPI) which will be provided directly by Flash.co to the Users.
2. Subject to the terms contained herein, the Offer (flat Rs. 100 flash coins which can be redeemed as 1:1 through an UPI) can be redeemed for the first transaction through flash.co email ID in April, May & June 2024.
3. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by the Parties on AJIO Platform or any other platform owned and/or operated by the Parties.
d. The Offer is not applicable to purchasing of Gold and Silver Coins & Jewellery items and gift cards/vouchers on the AJIO Platform.
4. Cashback will be credited to the User(s) as Flash coins (1 Flash coin = Rs. 1) within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of the products purchased on AJIO platform. If the User does not receive the Cashback, he/she can claim it by reaching out to Flash.co at support@flash.tech
OTHER OFFER RELATED TERMS &CONDITIONS:
1. The Cashback Offer will be valid only within the Offer Term/ Period and any Customer participating in this Cashback Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Cashback Offer terms and conditions.
2. Participation in this Cashback Offer is purely voluntary, and it is understood that the participation in the Cashback Offer by the Customers shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
3. All queries/dispute on the Cashback Offer should be raised during the Offer Term/ Period or within 7 (seven) days after expiry of the Cashback Offer End Date with the Company at: support@flash.tech
4. The Parties reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Cashback Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Customers without any prior notice to the Customers.
5. The Cashback Offer is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by the Parties at any point of time, including after it has been announced without any obligation to provide any notice to the Customers.
6. Reliance (including its affiliates) does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Cashback Offer.
7. Cashback Offer is subject to discontinuation or revocation in cases of fraudulent/ suspicious transaction or if there are any technical glitches or force majeure conditions as determined solely by the Parties and may disqualify any Customer from getting the benefits of this Cashback Offer.
8. Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage, which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Cashback Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure by the Company to perform any obligation towards Customer that is caused by:
• technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any Customers’ participation in this Cashback Offer;
• any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount;
• any other events beyond Brand Partner's control that may cause the Cashback Offer to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the User.
9. Reliance (including its employees and directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated Flash.co email ids, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS and email service providers.
10. Customers hereby agrees to indemnify and keep the Brand Partner harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by the Brand Partner as a consequence of Customer’s: (i) violation of the terms and conditions; (ii) violation of Applicable Laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence.
11. Customer agrees that, these Cashback Offer terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Cashback Offer.
12. All products returned by the Customer shall be entertained solely as per AJIO Platform’s prevailing product cancellation, refund and return policy.
13. All purchases made on the AJIO Platform shall be governed by the AJIO Platform policies including terms of use, primacy policy, returns and refund polices, etc.
14. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the Customer and/ or billed to the account of the Customer.
15. The Cashback Offer is non-binding, non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
16. The decision (including interpretation) of Parties with respect to the Cashback Offer and its related terms and conditions will be final and binding.
17. The Parties reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Cashback Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Cashback Offer. In case of any fraudulent activity, for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Cashback Offer, necessary action will be taken by the Brand Partner and the Brand Partner’s decision in relation there is final and binding.
18. Images, if any provided in Cashback Offer related promotions materials are only for pictorial representation and Brand Partner does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the same.
19. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products listed on AJIO Platform or any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations in relation thereof.
20. The Cashback Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as the Parties may notify from time to time.
