Shipping policy

Turnaround - All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding holidays) Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.  If there will be any delay in this turnaround time, we will contact you by email to let you know.

Carriers - We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
Canada Post

Order Tracking - When your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number later that day. We will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates - We charge a flat rate shipping and handling fee for orders less than $100. For orders over $100, we will ship your order free of charge. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders - If an item goes on back order we will ship your order when all items are in stock. We will let you know if this is the case, and usually there is just a delay of a few days. We do try to keep our website up to date with current stock, but there may be instances where we weren't able to update immediately if an item ran out of stock.

Incorrect Shipping Address - If the senders address is incorrect due to our fault, we will reship the items at our cost. If the address is incomplete or incorrect due to the customer's error, the order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. Unclaimed orders will be automatically refunded minus the shipping cost.
