Shipping policy

 

At FINDRA we have chosen to use the Royal Mail tracked and signed for shipping service for delivery of your order and Royal Mail Tracked Returns service.

We ship to:

  • UK – Free UK shipping on all orders over £90. Orders under £90 are charged £3.95 delivery.
  • EU – Orders under £135 will be sent under the IOSS scheme, VAT and duties paid when you make your purchase from us. Over £135 - you are responsible for tax and import duty when the order arrives.
  • Worldwide
  • Local Pickup from our Innerleithen retail store.

Simply select your desired delivery option at checkout. All orders are picked packed and sent with care directly from our fulfilment centre in the Scottish Borders.

Please note:

  • We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
  • Basket value does not include shipping.
  • From your Basket, please select ‘Continue to Shipping’ and select preferred shipping options to calculate total cost including delivery.
  • Please allow 10 working days to receive your delivery before querying delivery of your items.

  • International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked & Signed service. Royal Mail's delivery partner in your country may not offer a tracked and signed service.
  • There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that FINDRA Clothing is not liable for.
  • Your local authority may apply import duties and taxes. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.
  • EU Countries, orders under £135 - Our checkout will charge you tax at the point of payment, you have nothing more to pay.
  • Rest of World and orders over £135 to EU countries - Our website checkout process will remove UK V.A.T. from the order value when you pick your delivery country. You are liable for any import duties, charges or taxes set by your delivery countries customs.
  • If you return your order, please clearly write "Return - Failed Sale" on the outside of your packaging, otherwise we are charged by UK customs and the amount of this charge will be deducted from your refund.

A note for EU Customers post Brexit

We use the IOSS (International One-Stop Shop) tax collection system, so all orders under £135 have the tax paid when you place your order. There is nothing else to pay when your order arrives.

For orders over £135, you are liable for tax and import duty when the order arrives.

Arranging local pick up

If you live in the Scottish Borders or are visiting, you can opt to select our free local pick service during the checkout process. 

You can then arrange to pick your parcel up from our retail shop on Innerleithen High Street.

Please note the following Innerleithen Shop opening hours:

Saturday 11am-5pm
Monday 10am-5pm
Tuesday – CLOSED
Wednesday – CLOSED
Thursday 10am-5pm
Friday 10am-5pm 

  • If your order is placed before 1pm, please allow 24 hours for pick up.
  • If your order is placed after 1pm, please allow 48 hours for pick up.
  • Please also ensure you have checked our opening hours and that you are aware of the days we are closed.
