How should I choose how often my coffee subscription comes?

You can have coffee delivered every 2, 4 or 6 weeks depending on how much you use. Use our builder to calculate how often you should order your coffee based on how many cups of coffee you drink a day.

Can I change my coffee subscription?

Yes, just log into your account and click on ‘manage subscriptions’ to edit which coffee you want, the size and the grind size as well as how often you want it delivered. You can also reschedule or skip your next delivery here too.

How do I cancel my coffee subscription?

Log into your account and click ‘manage subscriptions’ and then ‘cancel subscription’. You can reactivate your subscription anytime.

How do I change my delivery information?

Log into your account and click on ‘address and payment details’ to edit your details.

I have a subscription but the system isn'trecognising my email and I can't log into my account.

It looks like you didn't set up an account when you subscribed, best way is to log in through this link and make sure to use the same email as you used to purchase your subscription. If you still can't access it please contact us at orders@volcanocoffeeworks.com and we'll send you a link to activate your email.

I've pre-paid for my subscription (or received a gifted subscription), can I change the coffee?

Unfortunately not, please wait for your subscription to run its course. In the mean time find your next favourite coffee from our selection of espresso and filter coffees
