Having a defense that can communicate and align effectively is fundamental to stopping offenses. Utilizing the 4-3 defense allows you to be simple yet multiple when you want to add to your current toolbox of defenses played. By having multiple structures for an opponent to prepare for, you can dictate what they do.

Using the different techniques of the defensive ends and Mike Linebacker, Coach Martin shows how you can change the numbers for the offense in the zone-read game. Learn Protection Scheme for Rugby Punt

Having an effective punt team that can flip the field is crucial to a team's success. Utilizing the rugby punt allows you to be efficient when you do not have a traditional punter that can flip the field on his own. By getting the punter on the move it opens up a wide variety of things for an opponent to prepare for. 

Using the progression of protection drills, Coach Austin Flynn has demonstrated how to effectively protect against any look a punt return team might throw at you.
