GOTRAX Repair Service

Introducing GOTRAX's Warranty Repair Service. This program is for customers that are still within our 1 Year or 2 Year Warranty Policy.

How it works

1. Fill out the claim form below, with all information and proof of purchase or order number. 
2. Once we have all the information, our mechanics will reach out to you via the email or phone number provided to determine a solution, and will provide you with a Repair Order number.  
3. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the product to our warehouse and clearly label the box with the Repair Order number provided by our mechanic.
4. GOTRAX will repair or replace the product and ship it back to you, free of charge.

Products purchased before 11/01/2023 will be covered our 1 Year Policy. Products purchased after 11/01/2023 will be covered under our 2 Year Policy.
