LikedThe location is great and the staff are very friendly

DislikedBreakfast service takes forever Floor boards in rooms are very squeaky which is annoying, especially because we got woken up several times at night from guests above us walking around. Rooms were freaking when we arrived

The Windsor does not change what it does well. The staff are exceptional, helpful and courteous. At checkout at 0400, I was offered complimentary coffee with a genuine smile. The pillows are the best!!
