How confident are you that yours will always work?1: Accepted AnswerHP have indeed recently released a firmware update that disabled the use of some remanufactured/compatible units. We have however since then sourced alternative stock, designed to work with these firmware updates. Any printer found listed on this page is guaranteed to work and we are always more than happy to help if you ever have any future issues.

Compatability I purchased some of these in April and found they were rejected by my HP Officejet Pro 7730. Do you know if the current ones will work?1: Accepted AnswerThere was an update in April 2019 that stopped cartridges from being recognised. https://refreshcartridges.co.uk/igloo/hp-firmware-updates-april-2019/ We do now have the latest version that should work with all printers.

953 xl compatible suitablity I have new HP Officejet Pro 7740 wide format printer. I have read that certain firmware updates etc. causes problem with Compatible Cartridges Are there any such Issues with regards to my Printer?1: Accepted AnswerI can confirm that these cartridges are fully compatible with the HP Officejet Pro 7740.
